What is your online return policy?
- We offer exchanges for merchandise credit only within 14 days of delivery. We do not allow refunds and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.
What are the conditions for an exchange?
- Items must be returned unused and unopened, in their original condition, with all original packaging.
- Please note: Books, candles, and diffusers must remain sealed in their original cellophane to be eligible. Exchanges and credit are applicable only at the original point of purchase.
Are any items non-returnable?
- Yes, the Ultimate Tower, Allure Bookstand, headphones, and any vintage or third-party items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I return an item I bought online to an Assouline store?
- Assouline stores do not accept returns from purchases made online.
- Items purchased at Assouline retail locations can only be returned to where the original transaction occurred.
Can I return an item purchased from a different seller?
- Assouline only accepts returns on products purchased directly from our website or retail locations. For return queries (including damages or defects) for products purchased through third-party sellers, please contact the original point of purchase.
Are delivery charges refundable?
- Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
