When will my order be processed?

  • Orders placed before 12pm SGT will be processed the same business day. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • During holiday closures orders will be processed the next business day. 
  • Orders shipping to Singapore typically require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment

How can I track my order?

  • Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates.
  • Actual delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and are subject to circumstances beyond our control, including delays by carrier, supply chain issues, weather, and other factors.


What is a Pre-Order and how does it work?

  • A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated release date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page though pre-order dates may be subject to change. Once the item is shipped, tracking information is sent via email.


Can I modify my shipping address?

  • If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order information. Please note, that while we will try our best to accommodate the request, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been placed.
  • Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
  • Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through Facebook, PayPal, Shop Pay, Affirm, or Afterpay may not be modified once the order has been submitted.

 

Can I ship to different addresses in the same order?

  • Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to one address per order.


Do you ship internationally? If so, which countries do you ship to?

  • Yes! To ship internationally, we partner with Global-e. Global-e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows Assouline to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers.
  • Please select the country switcher dropdown to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes, and other customs fees.

  • Free on eligible Asia Pacific orders over $500. Gift Wrapping does not apply toward the free shipping threshold.
  • Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Most Standard orders are delivered within 7 business days from the order's ship date.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Signature required upon order delivery.


Where do you ship to?

  • Our AP site, ap.assouline.com, ships to addresses in Asia and the Asia-Pacific region
  • For orders shipping to the United States, Canada, Mexico, U.S. Territories, and South and Central America please visit our U.S. site at assouline.com
  • For orders shipping to Europe or Africa please visit eu.assouline.com.
  • Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to one address per order.
